Pastry Chef Helena Sheusi who has been in the healthcare field for 30 years has always had a passion for baking fine pastries. In order to

perfect her passion she decided to earn her degree in Baking and Pastry Arts where she learned techniques from some talented chefs at Johnson and Wales University such as Ciril Hitz, named to Dessert Professionals 2010 list of top 10 Bread Bakers in America. There she learned the artful techniques of producing Artisan Breads, Classic Pastries, Pies and Tarts and other confections.
